Compare two versions of a contract
You reviewed one PDF. The one you are asked to sign looks the same until it isn’t. DocGlue lines up sections and shows added, removed, and changed wording - including fee and payment-term shifts it can see in the text.
What this mode checks
Section-by-section text differences between two versions. Contract or reference numbers, when labeled, should match. Amounts that appear in changed clauses are called out more strongly than ordinary wording edits.
What this is not
DocGlue does not interpret legal meaning, enforceability, or whether you should sign. It does not replace a lawyer. It shows what the text did, with snippets and page numbers when those were extracted.
How to use it
Put the earlier version on the left and the later version on the right. If the files are a quote and an invoice instead, switch the comparison type below or use auto-detect.
